SF-36 Health Survey

The SF-36 Health Survey is a widely used tool that measures eight scales related to functional and well-being health-related quality of life (HRQOL). These scales are then combined to estimate the physical (PCS) and mental (MCS) HRQOL summary components. The SF-36 has been used worldwide as a tool for measuring HRQOL.
